What's going on this weekend?

I had baby bunnies as pets before we got our dogs. Baby bunnies make GREAT pets. Adult rabbits? Not so much. They used to cuddle with us every night, and then after they hit adulthood (and we got them both fixed-- NOT cheap! as expensive as fixing a cat or dog!!) they became ferocious animals. I got bitten EVERY day when trying to feed them. It was awful. We ended up giving them to a family who wanted to keep them outdoors in hutches, which is where I think most rabbits belong.

Yeah. Bunnies, fun. Rabbits... not so much!!!

But our friend had a big pet rabbit who acted like a dog. he was cool.

@mrs. wagon: omggggggggg I'd be so scared if my bunny started biting me! I've never had a bunny btw.
I guess they got pissed that you guys messed with their ability to hump? They couldn't hump like rabbits? Haha. I don't know.
    Scary.

@chopsuey119: lol! Well the funny thing is that they still humped after they got fixed (just a submissive/dominance thing) AND we had to get them fixed because they were brother and sister, so if they had babies the babies would die and they would eat them. EW!

@mrs. wagon: Eww. That's SO gross. Animals are such.. animals!
I've always wanted a mini dwarf bunny. They used to sell them at one of the malls I frequented in CA. The baby bunnies were smaller than the palm of my hand!

@winniebee: oh Yay! Sunday will be a great day for you! I'm sure if you relax before and after, a little stimulation during the shower will be okay. I hope you have fun!!

We're having a date =) We're going to visit Vadstena to see the flowers (spring snowflakes) and visit St. Bridget's church. Although I'm not very religious, it's one of the places I prayed for us to be blessed with a LO. We'll have lunch in town (it's a sweet tiny town) and then we're off bird watching at a bird sanctuary. Well, hubs will be doing the bird watching while I'll be taking pictures.

It's been a long time since the weather's been good and I've been feeling good enough to do fun things for a change!

@mrs. wagon: and then they morphed into monster bunnies? sad!

@chopsuey119: yep. They were huge by the end and SO mean. It was literally like one day they were sweet, then they turned on us. Kinda like those sour patch kids commercials but backwards. Sweet, then sour. Haha.

Not much here. Probably just chilling and some errands. We usually go sailing but I've picked up a bug and don't really feel up to it.

@Crumbs: oh no, snow! I'd still go and see the church though, esp. if it's not too dangerous to drive...we still have our winter tires on our car and we've barely had any snow this year, kind of sad about it!

Haircut and coffee for me in town, probably the zoo tomorrow, if the weather is decent.
