What do you put in their easter basket?
I'm thinking maybe buying the plastic eggs and putting puffs in them? hahaha And I want to buy her a small "my first easter" stuffed bunny? Even though she's not really a fan of stuffed animals. Any other ideas for a "bunny" that's not a stuffed animal?

I love the idea of eggs with puffs in them!! Totally stealing that. 
We will put a stuffed bunny, a stuffed doll and some eggs in her basket.

LO is too small for solids, so I was thinking a stuffed bunny and a prayer book, like this one :

For ds, it'll be stocked with a stuffed animal, candy, and some little trinkets. For dd, I think maybe a bib and some baby toys...Even though she'll only be weeks old, ds still thinks the Easter bunny needs to bring something for ALL the kids, lol. I don't want him losing the Easter Bunny magic quite yet, so I'm playing along, lol

Since she won't even be a month old, going to do pacifier, book, and a little rattle or something. I have to do something since it will be her first Easter.

I bought her a touch & feel Disney book, 2 dr suess board books (3.50 at target right now!), and the fisher price apptivity monkey - only because we were going to buy it anyway, haha, so I'm sticking it in the basket.
Growing up, we always got an assortment of treats and a 'gift,' usually a Disney movie or $10 dunkin gift card once I could drive

I just ordered LO's easter basket...since he is only 6 months old, I put in a soft book, a montessori toy, and i'm looking for a couple other things!

I am so excited to do an Easter basket, but have no idea what to put in it! Sadie will only be 6 weeks, so she'll have no idea what's going on.

LO is 18 months old. So far she has markers, Disney Princess coloring pages, The Brave Little Toaster movie, couple of note pads. Still want to add more, so still looking.

I think I'm also going to put in a book with either bunnies or chicks. Nothing Easter specific though.
Where did everyone get their basket? I want to get her a soft one but the ones I've found are kinda creepy!

@Bao: they work on dry erase board and chalk board! My Lo has a pkolino easel that it'll work on. Sorry for late reply! Never got an email that I had an @ reply!

@regberadaisy: i saw some cute soft baskets at target the other day but didnt but one. They looked like felt and were under $5 i think. They had ones with spring flowers nd that kind of thing. I havent gotten that far in plannning yet...

@regberadaisy: I agree you should add in a book- not necessarily Easter specific either.
I know I want to do:
- book (probably something relating to Jesus and Easter per our faith)
- healthy chocolate (I make my own bars.. Maybe I can cut it in a bunny shape!)
- Easter eggs filled with... I like the puffs idea!
- one piece of clothing- a cute shirt or something

We're doing:
-plastic eggs filled with puffs, yogurt melts, etc.

-a bunny my mom bought her
... and that's as far as I've gotten. I might make her a new bow or something and stick it in there. Not sure.
