I hate the cabinet above the fridge. It's not very accessible and I almost want to store junk or something in it. So, what's in yours?

Crystal bowls from our wedding.

trifle dish, water pitcher, & punch bowl...things that are only used when we have company over.

I've never put anything in there. DH lived alone in this house for 2 years before we got married. I've never checked.

Flower Vases!

Coffee pot for when my parents come. Kitchen aide mixer. A water pitcher and some various cake pans.

Stuff we never use. Some big serving dishes and appliances we just never seem to need.

Champagne glasses and a cupcake carrier.

A few serving dishes and some extra wine glasses in case we have a large gathering and our normal ones aren't enough.

Things rarely used: vases, holiday pieces, seasonal placements & center pieces, extra cooking racks.

Awkward shaped things that I only use once in a while, like a pitcher I use for iced tea and holiday themed trays/Tupperware

Cutting boards, baking sheets, and muffin tins. It came with built in dividers. I use it just about every day and love it. My MIL and mother are shorter and hate that cabinet.

A fondue set. And something else, I can't remember!

I don't even remember, and I'm too short to reach up and check. Soooo nothing important apparently! Haha

And some dried/canned goods we stockpiled before the world was supposed to end in 2012, lol. -

My kitchen aid stand mixer that I got for our wedding. Four years ago. That I've never used because it's too much of a hassle to get it out.
That and a big binder of stuff about the condo- appliance warrantee info, repair invoices, instruction manuals. The seller was very organized!

Used to hold our Christmas China in our old house. In our new (temporary) apartment it holds our extra candles. I don't really love that because it's hard to get the candles. I loved having the Spode China there though.

@LindsayInNY: alcohol! For some reason, everyone in my family stores their booze above the fridge.

I NEVER make it up there...I think some Christmas platters and maybe some old glasses from before we got married.

Thanksgiving and Halloween decor

Extra paper towel rolls. DH can reach it, but I can't, so when he's not home if I need a new roll I use the big grill tongs LOL.

Disposable foil pans, containers I use to give food out but don't care about getting them back, and a vase.

The big food processor and a couple other appliances that we use often enough that I don't want them stored away, but that I don't need to get to very frequently.

Nothing. We don't have one. I do store my big cake carriers and cookbooks on top of the fridge though, so that'd probably what would be there.

Junk that I should probably throw out because we never use it.

I honestly have no idea. I know there's stuff up there, but I couldn't tell you what it is. Obviously it's stuff I could probably just get rid of!
