I bought a new wallet today and had to do a massive purse purge. I have a ton of receipts and coupons in there, a wallet, coupon wallet, chapstick, lip gloss, pens, a notepad, tissues, my phone, paperwork for the ob, a granola bar and some Nabs.

Oh gosh. I have a MASSIVE purse (when I tried diaper bags on while we were registering they seemed light/small compared to my current purse haha) and here’s my list: 2 nailpolishes, lip tint, lip gloss, chapstick, a peach in a Ziploc, paycheck stub from last week, a glasses case, wallet, disposable razor, baby name book, kindle and a big envelope full of U/S photos!
AND that’s after I made a big purge two weeks ago

Yikes, I'm really bad with overloading my purse. Right now I have: purell, checkbook, wallet, small make-up bag (powder, bronzer, lip gloss, mascara, perfume), tylenol (travel size), tide pen, q-tips (travel size), finger nail trimmer's, baby wipes, clorox wipes, band-aids, flip camera, tooth brush/tooth paste, fiber one bar, sunglasses, a capri sun, gum, bag of teddy grams in the pocket, extra pair of pants for DS (we ditched the diaper bag a long time ago...but will bring it back once DD arrives) and that's it right now.
I use to be really bad and carry around my flat iron, an extra pair of flip flops and an endless supply of gum.
Now after typing all of that out...it really doesn't seem sanitary for all of that crap to be in one bag together.

I don't have a purse anymore! I keep all my stuff in LO's diaper bag.
I do have a wristlet that I throw into my diaper bag. I have my bank card, license, house key, insurance card, lipgloss, car keys and a mini anti bac in it!

I dumped it out so I could answer and clean it out. I always carry too much crap:
About 20 Jolly Ranchers, phone, 6 pens, 2 sharpies, tons of loose change, bottle of Folic Acid supplements, sunglasses, mini bottle of contact lens solution, contact lens case, full size Arm & Hammer deodorant, 2 nursing pads, one milk storage bag, baby hairbrush, Costco coupon booklet, post its, wallet, retainers, watch, hair ties, bobby pins, tinted moisturizer, lip gloss, hair brush, compact, mascara, lash curler, reusable grocery bag that folds up, 2 granola bars, one pack of Target fruit snacks, 2 kinds of hand sanitizer, work key card, most recent pay stub and expense check!

I just went on vacation so I purged my purse before the trip. Now I have Tylenol bottle, my slim metal wallet case, kindle, sunglass case, umbrella, some receipts, iPhone with headphones, work keys and badge, psi band, business cards, a small sandwich bag of pretzels, orthodontist kit, medicine bottle, pen and pencil.

@Rubies: LOL, I'm such a purse hoarder!, I forgot to mention a roll of Japanese washi tape to label bottles that I pump at work , sharpie is for writing on the tape, deodorant in case I stink...I sweat more post partum, one gel sanitizer and one spray sanitizer so I can mix it up!

Depending on where I'm going, I like to take the smallest bag possible. In the tiniest one, I have my ID, hand wipes, a pen, a hair band, lip gloss, cellphone and camera.
Whenever I have to bring a bigger purse (with a bag organizer inside) I have gum, oil strips, candy, wallet, coin purse, Kindle, pen, keys, lotion, powder, small makeup bag, sunglasses, hair bands, water bottle, tissues, cellphone and camera.

My purse was always HORRIFYING. Then, for my birthday, DH bought me a little Coach bag - because he HATED my huge purse. So now I carry my phone, wallet, lip balm, keys, Advil, pill case and gum.
When I use a big purse, I have all of the above, plus snacks, books, pens, a notebook, whole pill bottles, tons of receipts, grocery lists, and lots of random change.

I just got a smaller purse, and honestly I'm loving it! My other one was a carry-all and hurt by back! ha
- Coach wristlet (use it as a wallet) full of cash, coins, debit card, store punch cards, ect.
- chapstick (just counted I have 4 Burt Bees Wax, love that stuff)
- Kindle (usually only bring to work or when we have a long car ride somewhere)
