DH claims Airplane is the funniest movie ever made (I don't necessarily disagree) but the first time I saw Anchorman I laughed until there were tears streaming down my face!

That's a toughie. I love Waiting for Guffman. Have you ever seen Troll 2? It's been voted the worst movie ever. It's so hilarious without trying to be. A true cult classic.

@Weagle: I actually haven't seen any of the troll movies, but I see it's on Amazon Prime--mayhaps I should grab a beer and settle back tonight!
There's definitely something to be said for "It's so bad it's good" movies that are unintentionally hilarious (maybe unintentional?). I submit to this category Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus. Starring the still lovely Deborah Gibson.

Knocked Up is still my fave.....but it was before I had a kid! Wedding Crashers, Groundhog Day and Caddyshack (gosh don't tell DH I admitted to that last one!) And yes Bridesmaids was amazing. Love the scene with the giant cookie.

Airplane is totally hilarious. I remember thinking the hangover was totally awesome and I laughed like crazy the first time I saw superbad and knocked up (that scene in the hotel room still gets me every time)
For me I think the funniest I've seen is probably Anchorman

I couldn't choose just one, but I can say most Will Ferrell movies are right up there. Old School, Anchor Man, Talledega Nights; I love them all.
And I think I cried this first time I saw Hangover. It make me laugh still, but man, the first time seeing it was priceless.

I really like 21 Jump Street, that is probably my favorite. Followed by: Hangover (1). Campaign. Superbad. Knocked Up. White Chicks.

@FutureMrsMcK: If you liked that one, you should check on "Pirahna." It's a Weinsteins backed movie aka Silver Linings Playbook among other movies they've made popular. It's like the original deadly creature movie with a decent cast of Adam Scott and Elisabeth Shue.

Super Troopers or Out Cold...I die every time I watch them! Anchorman and Wedding Crashers were a close second!

I don't know about all time funniest, but I loooove Anchorman, Spaceballs, and Bridesmaids! I literally cried laughing at Bridesmaids.

I love Anchorman! I would say 4-way tie between Anchorman, Bridesmaids, Step Brothers, and I Love You Man. Clearly I love stupid humor.
