Last night we made chili and fed some to our toddler. Afterwards, DH said to me, "I'm so glad we make chili during the week."
Me:"Why?"
DH: "So I don't have to help clean up H's dirty diapers!"
I just chuckled and shook my head at him. After cleaning up a dirty diaper just now, though, I thought, 'You know, he's right - he is lucky!'

I made DH give DD her bath tonight so I could post. I go in to help put her down to bed and he was soaked. I asked how it happened and he said "she wouldn't sit down so I could rinse her hair so I got in the tub with her".

He is always saying funny/crazy things, but about 10 minutes ago he said "wouldn't it be hilarious if we hooked up a neighbours car to our trailer hitch and pulled it away as a prank?"

A few days ago DH meant to ask me if I wanted some nut snacks (100 calorie packets of mixed nuts) and it came out as "do you want some nuts sacks?" I'm still laughing to myself about it.

@Smurfette: OH totally! I heard a lot of thumping around and him saying "get down, get DOWN!" LOL I should have known that I needed to get in there.
