I had some overripe bananas that were ready to explode so I made banana oatmeal cookies - yum! Tastes like mini banana muffin cakes

We made chocolate chip cookies about two weekends ago. Yum! We ate half the batch or so and gave the other half to LO's daycare teachers. It was a win/win.

Chocolate cupcakes last night for DH's birthday. About 5 days ago we made brownies with a chocolate coffee sauce. Just over a week ago, I made oatmeal raisin cookies.
I like to bake so we always have a homemade baked good in the house!

I made a chocolate sponge cake with vanilla buttercream filling and chocolate fudge icing (with malteasers on top!). Yummy!
