    Chicken in Italian dressing marinade...I didn't have.time defroat and bake like normal, so the crock pot was perfect.

    peanut chicken i use the crock pot at least once a week, love how easy it is!

    Meat for chicken tacos, super yummy and easiest thing ever.

    Packet of taco seasoning
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

    Cook on low for 7-8 hrs then shred.

    My crockpot died a week ago and I just replaced it last night. I'm considering getting up and throwing chili stuff in the new one.

    @Mrs. Polish: I used a combination of two recipes. All of the links are good on it's own. I just like to mimic how my mom makes it.

    Oh, just a tip, make sure you char the spices and onion. For the onion, this can be done on a gas or electric stove. My mom has a gas stove and I used an electric stove for my last batch.
