Well *technically* like 3 weeks, but it was because we weren't using them thanks to a hard-to-beat yeast infection

While we're actively using them, though, I think 3 days has been our max. I usually wash them when there are still a couple left, though, and he's still really sensitive to wet. And we only have 24.
