My cat has chewed through 3 Apple phone chargers, an Apple keyboard cord, and an Apple mouse cord. Which of course, we had to replace the entire keyboard and mouse, which being an Apple product, is not cheap.

our cat clawed threw the front speaker panel on a 55" tv (one of the big old big screen box kind). and he likes to chew wood, so he ate the corners off my parents coffee table when we were staying with them =/

I have a funny story about this...
One birthday (I think? or anniversary?) I got an awesome gift for Wagon Sr. I actually looked through his ebay history to see what auctions he was watching, figured out the exact pair of Grado open-air headphones he was lusting after, and ordered them. He was so surprised. About a week later, Dory chewed through the cord. She NEVER chews anything, not even her toys. A friend of mine fixed it by soldering the wires back together but that SUCKED!

Ugh, my one cat is so bad. He chewed on my Michael Kors purse when I first brought it home several years ago. Raaage. He's also currently ruining our brand new carpet on our stairs. He uses the steps as a scratching post (even though he has a TON of real posts!). So, carpet is most expensive. Purse was most heartbreaking.

One of our cats eats all our Apple product cords, too! Ugh we've gone through at least 4 phone chargers and multiple laptop ones. Luckily DH gets them free through work.
She also ate through the cord to the white noise machine a few weeks after LO was born...I was screaming and crying after I saw she did it. Good thing the machine ran on batteries for a few nights until we got a new one. She almost chewed the cord for the video monitor but I caught her in time and now we've hidden it so she can't get it.

furniture. sneakers. chewed up a chunk of drywall at our old place, which wasn't expensive, but was a HUGE PAIN to fix (rental)...

We're lucky that our dog doesn't really chew. The worse he's done is chew a $20 entry carpet.

Our dog put a hole in my lululemon hoodie. Was pretty bummed about that. He's also destroyed the carpet in our basement, that's probably the most expensive. He pulled up huge chunks of it.

500 dollars worth of couch cushions. My dog had a skin problem and took a drug that made her incontinent. By the night when we really noticed (we'd been out a lot that day) she'd peed through all of our couches. Thank god not the brand new king sized bed too.

My Yorkie chewed through a heater cord ($80), HDMI cable ($20), 1 MacBook charger ($80), numerous phone chargers, and at least four lamp cords.
My other dog ate our camera the day after we bought it.

When he was a puppy he shredded an entire sofa (seriously, down to the wood frame.... he's insane). Our female destroyed one of DH's suits, but in her defense, he left it draped over her crate, so she just pulled it in and chewed it up.

My brother's dog chewed up his passport! He also ate a priceless book that my dad had on loan from his friend. I think my dad cried.

Our apartment carpets... That was NOT a cheap fix. Though, TBH, they were replacing the darn things anyway and just wanted extra money. They didn't need us to pay to replace it since there was 0 smell, no stains, and it was old as cavemen. Oh well, thats what we get for admitting to having puppies.

@Mrs Hedgehog: omg my old landlord did this! My cats have been potty trained the whole time we had them and never any accidents. We also did the black light cheering stain checker and paid to have the carpets cleaned and the landlord charged us 900 to replace the carpets. So frustrating!
