We have 2 now. Now that Olive is almost two, it's been getting a lot easier! We watched a friend's three-year-old for part of the weekend, and I realized that we could definitely handle 3 kids. Although maybe not, if the third kid was a baby! Newborns just slay me.
What's the most kids you think you could handle?

2, possibly 3. I know for sure I couldn't do 4 and I'm not entirely confident in 3.

I think it depends a lot on the spacing. I don't think I could do more than 3 but if money were no option, I'd have a huge family. My preferred spacing would be around 3 years for the first 3 and then twins (that way the older kids could help) haha.
Realistically, we plan on 2, maybe 3 
ETA: That money would buy us some help so I guess I really wouldn't be handling it alone lol

I think 3. But, I would really, really have to gear myself up for the newborn stage, as I dread dealing with it again.

I think I can handle 3, which is how many we are planning for. I have 18 at once every day at work, but they're all the same age (4) AND I get to give them back at 3:30 With full-time parenting, different ages, and $ factored in, 3 is definitely my max!

Um, one? Just kidding. Seeing that #2 is on its way, I'm thinking just two. If we can fast forward to school-aged kids, then maybe 3-4.

I feel I could handle up to 6 part time. Full time 2 is plenty for me (but we are prepared for multiples if it happens).

Depending on what day, time of day and what phase we are going through its anywhere between 0 and 3. Lol. I am happy to hear that by the time the youngest is 2 it gets easier.

It would be safe to say I think I could do 3/4 (: But in this theoretical world, I'd like to think I'm a show off and will let myself believe I could handle 6/8 (: I mean, my grandparents had 6/8 and they had way less than we have now (:

It's always tough juggling toddlers and a newborn/infant!
I could handle 3-4, but we're stopping at 2. Don't wanna spread myself any thinner!

I think quite a few! I grew up around a large family and was always left alone with the kids at a young age. I would love 4, but stopping at 2 most likely for several reasons.

In the newborn phase I felt like I could hardly handle one. Hopefully we will have 2 or 3 but I'm definitely nervous about the possibility of adding more kids to the mix!

I think I could happily raise 4 kids but I think I will be happier sticking with 2 or 3. I am sure I could *handle* more than 4 but I am not sure I would enjoy it!

3 is when we're stopping but we could probably handle four. Five would be our max in terms of house space but three is my personal max.

I think 3... Which is what we're thinking we'll have, although we are taking it one at a time!! Number 1 hasn't scared us off of 2, when the time comes we'll see if number 2 scares us off of having 3

Probably only two. I've nannied for a three child family and it was pretty insane. I'm not sure my body could handle being pregnant more than once so I've gotten comfortable with the idea of just one baby but I wouldn't be opposed to having two at once

I really don't know how many I could handle. I probably could handle a few more but I don't know if that's really ever going to happen. DH is pretty much maxed out at the four we have

A lot I'm good with kids and come from a big family. We all played together all the time so once we were 2-3 years old+ she had to do so little! Haha. I used to want 8 kids! I don't anymore, but if for some crazy reason that happened (maybe quintuplets when we go for #3

Depends--is money a factor?
If money was not a factor--4 or 5.
But, since in reality money is a MAJOR factor, our plan is to see how things go after these 2. If 5 years from now we feel like we are in a financial position to afford more, we will add 2 more into the mix.

3, I don't do well when the girls are here! We don't leave the house, I can't take 5 kids with 1 being a newborn and 1 being nearly 2 out into public by myself!! After the car ride home from picking the girls up this weekend I seriously thought gouging my eyes out would be better. Does that make me a bad person?

I wish my husband wanted a big family sometimes because I would love to have 3 or more but it's looking like 2 will be his max. Two is great though. I think it will be a wonderful family size.

Depends what your definition of "handle" is, ha. Four is our absolute max. And that's if we have 3 girls, we'd adopt a 4th (a boy). I think spacing is key!

A lot? I want 4 kids, but am only stopping at 4 for practical reasons.

I could handle 3, but I think I'm good with 2. I don't think the kids would be a problem, daycare cost on the otherhand would kill us. I would say 3 only if I get to stay home
