I'm 16 weeks pregnant, and this weekend I was having cramping in my left lower abdomen. It was a mild ache. Dr. Google told me it was either Round Ligament Pain, or a DETACHED PLACENTA. Thanks, Dr. Google. Now I know why my midwife banned you!

Blood clot in my chest was probably the worst-- though, even calling my regular doctor, she said there was a chance and I had to go to the ER anyway, so it wasn't Google's fault (it also wasn't a blood clot, which I found out 3 hours and a $100 co pay later).
Otherwise I haven't had too many terrible diagnoses...

Blood clot in my leg
I had a numb/swollen foot last week at 16 weeks... bad idea to google that. Of course, then the OB wanted me to go get checked for a blood clot because I had the symptoms... blah! I didn't, I'm just puffy -
a brain tumor or MS. i've had testing to look for both, but my brain looked ok. i still have some odd neuro issues that have yet to be figured out.

Nothing during pregnancy, but a few years ago it told me I had gallbladder disease. Turned out to be reflux.

Recently..glaucoma. Turns out my eye was just really straining so I got new prescription lenses and it's much better now.

I think the silliest thing I ever googled was would bending over crush baby while I was pregnant.

Cancer. Although, we weren't really sure it wasn't cancer until after major surgery and the pathology results were in. I sat on the thought that I could have cancer for a couple months.

@Maysprout: haha Silly but totally legit. I have thought this on many occasions and it may have even prevented me from doing random things around the house when I first got my BFP!
