I boiled some eggs for the kids' lunch yesterday morning, and peeling them was a disaster! It would be going well and then one little piece of egg shell would come off with half the egg. Clearly I was doing it wrong. I boiled 5 eggs and only 2 of them turned out ok... thankfully that was enough, and I just ate the other 3 eggs for breakfast.
Bee mentioned that you shouldn't peel eggs right away, but that doesn't work when you're in a hurry. Peeling them under running water also didn't work that well. Should I plan ahead more and boil the eggs the night before? Just wondering if there's a better way!
