I have 0 time for the gym so I'm going to start a routine at home. I downloaded a 30 day challenge app and so far I've added planking, tricep dip, squats , and leg lifts. I need to lose 6lbs to be at my comfort weight and 9lbs for my target weight, I don't how many inches exactly but I'm thinking 3-5. I need help with all areas, my thighs, arms, stomach, and butt. I'm small framed naturally so this extra weight is making me look/feel like a marshmellow and I hate it!!

Does that sound like a good routine to you , I hsve no experience with fitness
