I used to hate burpees, but now I've gotten a bit better at them. My current exercise kryptonite is "building houses."
It's that exercise where you assume a pushup position with your arms extended, and then have to come down to your elbows (one at a time) and then back up again... 10 times. Then usually you have to do it 10 more times, but this time starting off with your opposite elbow.
We have to build houses for my boxing class every week, and I really dislike it. I can do situps all day long, but building houses slays me! Especially when we do it at the end of the class instead of at the beginning.
What's your exercise kryptonite?
