Mine is chick fil a's chicken and egg wrap or their bagel chicken sammy and McDonald's big breakfast!

Sausage and gravy biscuits from Mrs. Winner's, but I'm not even sure they exist anymore. All the ones I knew of closed. And chicken minis from Chick-fil-a, but I feel super guilty if I eat there because I don't want my money going to anti-gay marriage groups, so I haven't had that in a while. So I guess sausage croissanwiches from BK win for now. ^_^

I've never had a breakfast sandwich from Chick Fil A so I might like that but besides that I hate breakfast sandwiches from all fast food joints. When I need a "breakfast sandwich" I get it from the local food market/delis.

I like chicken mini's from Chick-Fil-A, supersonic breakfast burrito from Sonic's, and egg white delight from McDonald's. Hashbrowns from any of those places is also yummy! Oddly, I'm not a fan of the yellow egg patties from the fast food joints! Meanwhile, my hubby LOVES it.

Well known fast food: Sausage McMuffin w/ egg from McDonalds.
Local fast food chain: Hash brown burrito from Senor Taco. mmmmm drool. I'd take the hash brown burrito over any fast food breakfast anytime!

I'm a vegetarian so I don't like a lot of the options. I'll do french toast sticks from Burger King, or hashbrowns from anywhere. I get McDonald's oatmeal, but they always put way too much water in it and it's oatmeal soup (yuck!).
Does Starbucks count? They used to have a cranberry muffin that was yummy! I'd do that and a latte and be set! -
The only place I like fast food breakfast from is Chick fil a. I love the chicken minis with a fruit cup!!

@mrsmate: All time favorite for me, too! I do also looooove a chicken biscuit. From anywhere. I love the Chick-fil-A ones but I don't go there anymore so McD's is second, followed by BK.

@regberadaisy: Same. I confess I will still very occasionally go there if I'm out with LO, as I know he'll eat well there and it's one of the healthier fast-food options for him. But not nearly as much as I used to.

I love Starbucks sausage breakfast sandwiches. My second favorite is the sausage mcmuffin and hashbrowns from McDonalds. Not the healthiest things to eat but also not totally horrible either. They have a pretty decent balance of proteins, carbs, and fat considering it's fast food.
