Egg McMuffin and orange juice after working a 12 hour night shift (only if it was a REALLY bad shift)
At the end of my pregnancy I was having insomnia in the early mornings and driving to McDonalds for orange juice because I could go through the drive-through in my PJs.

I love their fries dipped in the sweet and sour sauce that comes with the chicken nuggets. Ate that pretty often when I was pregnant!
