A cute little girl at the park we met the other day is named Mila and I love it. I mentioned the name to my husband and that it might be odd for us to use it one day because it is an anagram for Liam, and he joked that we could name our third child Lima.

Winter! But DH doesn't like it, and it's getting too popular. We're not big on names that are popular. But there's a character in the Star Wars book series named Winter, so it makes me extra happy, on top of it just being pretty.

I think it's funny that all of these are girl names. Maybe boy names are just stuck being more traditional and there are fewer good options?
@grizz: me, too!
@Arden: I
Rosalie. SOOO cute.
@Danizaur: Elsa was a top contender for DD (this was pre-"Frozen"). It is still on our "girl list," but I am also afraid that it is going to get super popular and join the Emma/Ella crowd.
@snowjewelz: For years, I really wanted to name my daughter Aliena (pronounced like Alena) after the character in "Pillars of the Earth." DH vetoed. I am keeping Lena on the list, though. I love it and it goes really well with DD's name.

DH and I were listening to an audio book on a long car ride and then main character's name was Adelia. We both really liked it, but I think people might pronounce it differently than the way it's spelled!
