I love the giant stuffed giraffe. He just stands in the corner. We named him Joshua after the Raffi song. Anyone who comes over and sees him can't help petting or riding him.

Our nursery decor is extremely simple because we didn't do much to begin with, and I'm too afraid to add stuff because I'm afraid he'll just sit there and stare at it (or yell for it!) instead of going to sleep!
I do love the (extremely overpriced still regret purchasing from a custom baby furniture warehouse store) glider in his room. It's beautiful and I know it will last us a lifetime.

@mrs. wagon: My mom keeps telling me that I should put stuffed animals in LO's bed, but I keep telling her I want the crib to be for sleep time, not play! Gliders are so worth it- you spend so much time there!

Her nursery isn't 100% finished, but right now my favorite part is her crib area. I diy'd basically everything and its the part of the room I think pulled together the nicest.

@chopsuey119: What does it look like? I love my LO's dresser too. I got it at an antique store- they refurbished it, painted it white, and painted pastel dragon flies on it. And we also got a matching kid's bench which I'm using as a book shelf.

I love everything about my LO's nursery. I DIY'd almost everything and some others things were handmade gifts from family. But probably I like the most the full bed with some of my maternity photos above.

Probably his dresser.
It's the same dresser I had as a little girl. We repainted it white, and the drawers navy blue - it's so pretty! And we have two of my maternity photos in beautiful rustic wood frames on the dresser. It's so pretty. Similar to this: http://pinterest.com/pin/284430532685884066/
