I'm so excited about the Summer Olympics this year! Luckily I'll be on maternity leave so I can watch the Olympics all day long! My favorite sport to watch is definitely gymnastics!

Women's gymnastics for sure! I also really like all of the other random sports that don't ever get any coverage other years when it isn't the olympics - track and field, swimming, canoe/kayaking, triathlon, archery, etc.

Swimming and Diving are my favorite sports to watch. Watched a little of the prelims for gymnastics this year so I'll be tuning in for that too.

I love the Olympics! I'm super excited for them to start. I keep joking that I'm going to take the two weeks off work and hang out at home dressed like an American flag while I watch ALL OF THE OLYMPICS! I'm a huge nerd. Anyways, my favorite summer events are women's gymnastics, swimming and diving. I really would watch almost any event though!
For the last summer Olympics, we had a Michael Phelps party and even baked a cake to eat in his honor after he won his last gold medal. Seriously, total Olympic nerd here.

Everything! I love the olympics from Gymnastics (the absolute favorite mens and womens) to weight lifting and everything in between. I have my DVR's going 24/7.

Women's gymnastics hands down, I was in it for so long, it reminds me of my youth! I also like diving/syncro-diving.

Gymnastics and diving are the ones that I watch live, but I also DVR (or watch online) synchronized swimming, since I did synchro for 8 years.

I love womens gymnastics the best. But I love almost all of it, volleyball, diving, tennis, soccer, swimming etc it's all so fun!!

@banana: hahahaa soooo funny story about opening ceremonies: two years ago at the winter olympics I was hanging out with my best friend watching opening ceremonies. Joe Biden had a front seat and I thought that was interesting so I said, "oh look! Biden is at the olympics!" my bff said, "who is Biden?"
"uhh, Joe Biden?"
"who is that."
"oh Good Lord. It's our vice president!!"
"oh really?"(hits forehead)

I was just looking at the Olympics schedule and noticed Handball! That's an Olympic sport? And Trampoline too? I've never seen either of these. Man..I used to ROCK on the trampoline when I was 7!

Love the Olympics something fierce! I try to catch the Dressage since its my sport, nut I love pretty much any water sport (indoor and out) and gymnastics.
