I'm trying to decide what to have DS (7 months) wear for Christmas this year. He and DD have "baby's 1st Christmas" onesies for Christmas Eve, but I want something nicer for Christmas Day. I'm thinking of a pair of baby suspenders and bow tie. What's your little boy wearing?

@twodoghouse: lol! I think I'm sort of a girl mom fail (or just a mom fail maybe). I do those monthly photos of Fia every month and just stick her in whatever I think is cutest that month, which has never once been a dress. My mom asked me why I don't put her in a pretty dress and I was like hmmmm she doesn't own one. lol. I mean, she owns ONE. I bought her a dress for our family photos. But thats it. For Thanksgiving I pulled a hand me down jumper out of her closet and was pretty proud of myself for remembering it was there.

@Mae: I only thought of it because SIL always dresses her girls up. But then there was the year my niece tore off her adorable dress, stockings, shoes, and hat and opened presents in nothing but her diaper!

@Mae: I've been putting Alice in dresses but they are a pain because they ride up and expose her belly. Also I took these cute pics of her in a dress (from HB classifieds!) and they were all like diaper shots. Lovely. I guess that's why dresses come with those little bloomers.

@twodoghouse: I guess thats why I don't really like Fia in dresses much. This is inevitably what happens (cropped my mom out here). Babies are babies and they're cute in anything, including onesies and maybe if i'm ambitious pants haha. Back to your original question, maybe just a cute sweater? I think babies in "grown up" clothing are so cute/funny.

I'm not sure what A is wearing yet. Either a cardi sweater or red plaid shirt and jeans.
Oh and I put a tank onsie under dresses so it doesn't expose her belly!
