Hmm, I'm not sure how to describe it. Lots of stripes and solid tops (no graphics) and neutral bottoms (mostly cargo, but some plaid).

But seriously I would say relaxed and comfortable. I'm not too worried about her being chic & stylish. I'd rather her be comfortable.

I go by the brand and also how practical it is. I like Carters and oshkosh the best. For daycare she mostly wears onesies and pants because thats the most practical. For church she wears special occasion dresses,

Maybe whimsical mixed with classic? We mix a lot of patterns but she wears basic shapes (no ruffles etc)

Hmmm I guess classic with some modern, preppy, & casual thrown in? Girly without all the glitter, bows, & hearts (we shop the boys section a lot).

I would say cute and girly with a little bit of nerd and retro thrown in. She wears a lot of pink, bows, ruffles, polka dots, etc.

@autumnlove: hahaha, that's what I was thinking. I guess his style is "baby"? we wear whatever free stuff is gifted to us - our goal is a year without buying clothes.
although i do prefer t-shirts with graphics (our favorite is a smurfs t-shirt from columbia his aunts gave us) and solid bottoms. i don't really like polo shirts or overalls, either.

The majority of her clothes are picked out by my mom and she picks colorful, bright, playful and comfy peices.

My son is casual/sport. Graphic t-shirts, cargo shorts, vans/pumas. My DD is classic/hipsterish? I don't know. Hard to describe because I just mix and match with whatever I like.
