Babies are here and I just started putting things up on their walls. I put the black out curtains up last week. I need to put up my alphabet letters I made in the hospital.

Hang up the last couple pictures, and make her name letters. I also want to get a mirror for her. Hey, she's only 5mo!

Baby proof. Disassemble the swing. I need to get a new rug. Ours is wool but sheds like crazy. Also the cats use it as their giant scratching mat. Can't have nice things.

Finish our built ins!!! We're retrofitting our downstairs office so they can be on the same floor as us. It's taking much longer than I'd hoped, but should be done this week. Then I can finally start nesting!

I need to rearrange DS'S nursery so DD can move in with him and get out of our room! And I need to baby proof again since she is mobile early

I need to buy a new dresser, wall art and rug. Electrician is installing a new fixture and we need blinds. Hopefully we'll be all set by Feb!

Nothing is on the walls yet (including curtains, which my aunt is making for me). I am waiting for some free shipping deals to order a few prints that I have picked out. DIY to-do is to make some pom-pom bunting to hang above the crib and changing table.

We stripped the wallpaper yesterday so next we need to sand down the walls and the woodwork. DH thinks the walls are good enough to paint, although I think we will have to put lining paper up.
We find out the sex on 8th December and I want the room ready to paint by then.
We've got: Cot, curtain rail, book shelves
We need: Cot top changer, drawers, curtains, blind, decor, light fitting, light switch

We've bought paint, now just need to find time to put it on the walls! Luckily we have a while until baby (May) but I'm the type who wants everything done NOW lol. DH would happily put it off until the end of April...
