I workout for about 60 minutes most days. I do 30 min of cardio + 30 min. weightlifting/floorwork. I do a rotation of arms/legs depending on the day, but always try to do ab work each workout.
I break it up with taking an "easy" cardio day and swimming laps in the pool!
Next step will be to add in yoga/kickboxing/zumba classes so I don't get bored with my workouts!
