I am from that part of Florida and there isn't that much of an accent there. She should have known to enunciate.

Saw the episode.

When it's a game of letters and words, the correct enunciation is important, I think it was a fair call.

@mrbee: Me too. It was so awkward to have the person beside her repeat the exact same thing.Giving her a chance to repeat would have been ideal.

I think what makes it extra ridiculous is that she had just asked for the 'G' so she obviously KNEW that it was there. I don't know why they are being so picky about this!

OK, as an aside -- who doesn't pronounce the "t" in water?? I've never heard that before... what do they just say, "wa'er"?

My opinion is, not robbed. She didn't enunciate.

I think that's a bit extreme. I mean, people pronounce things a lot of different ways!
