Mine is still just babbling at 10 months. I have noticed recently though that what he's saying sounds more word-like than babbles, but it's very nonsensical. He seems to think what he's saying is very important, but darned if I know what it is!

LO knew a few words like ball but didn't actually start talking until 18 months. At 27 months old I can't get him to stop talking. He has so much on his mind.

My 7 month old has been saying umma and appa. I'm not sure if he knows what he's saying.. but when he sees me he says umma.
I don't remember when DD started talking, but she was saying a few words before she turned 1.

My 6 month old says Mama when he wakes up at night and just yesterday said something that sounded shockingly like "all done" after his bottle (which we always say)
