I'm plus size as well, (16 pre-preg) and I noticed it pretty soon. Around 9 or 10 weeks I noticed the top of my stomach was starting to stick out, when it hadn't really before. Yesterday, at 14.5 weeks, I saw a bunch of people I used to work with and two different people that I told I was pregnant were like "oh, I didn't want to ask!" So I'm looking different to people who know me, but I think not so pregnant that strangers know the difference.

BTW, I've found that anything full panel is my friend. Maternity jeans, leggings, etc. They take my tummy pudge and kind of round it out, lol. I also bought some maternity shirts in large, when I'd typically wear XL. I love the ruched shirts because they kinda round things out too. I know they say to buy in your regular size, but XL maternity stuff hangs on me. I'm guessing it'll fit at the end of my pregnancy though. But by that time it'll be November, I won't need the summer shirts I'm wearing now.

I remember really popping at 14 weeks. But I noticed it a little earlier. maybe 10?

I remember not being able to button my pants at 12 weeks. By 15 weeks I had a developing bump and was in maternity clothes. If you knew I was pregnant you could tell but I think I could still get away with it. Now at 24 weeks there is absolutely no way I could hide it, lol.

Also, mine was below my belly button. Now it's rounding out and moving up. I can feel my uterus in line with the belly button and moving above it. It's hard. I could feel it beneath my tummy pudge.

I hit 14w last weekend and asked dh "what is this?" while pointing at my new belly.

At 10 weeks I had a more rounded belly than before, I wasn't thin to begin with but DH and I could tell a diffrence.

Okay, ton of pictures coming but 12 weeks is basically what I looked like before. I was sucking in a little but you get the idea. 14 weeks I felt a lot bigger but I think from 14 to 15 weeks was the biggest change. (I also had a stranger ask me if I was pregnant at 15 weeks so I apparently looked it to others too!). Now at 16 weeks two more people commented that I must be pregnant. At 17 weeks I feel obviously pregnant..haven't taken that picture yet though.

I started using a hair-tie to close my pants around 10 or 11 weeks, and by 14 weeks I had made the transition to maternity pants/belly bands. I'd say it was first noticeable to me around 10 weeks, but to others was probably 13 or 14 weeks.

@Sugar.Biscuit: I started taking pictures at 5 weeks. I felt different, but you couldn't see it until 13 weeks. I popped a little at 16 weeks, and by 19 weeks, strangers were complimenting me. Now I'm 22 weeks, and there is no mistaking that baby is on board.

I noticed it around 10 weeks maybe (my sister actually said something to me about it), but I feel like I really popped around 12 weeks or so.
