2 weeks out to the store quick. Would have been sooner but I couldn't walk!
By 3 weeks I was stir crazy and went out for a bit each day despite the pain, lol.

We went to a resturant on the way home from her first pediatricians appointment (4 days old). I kept her in the ktan with a a&a blanket draped over the top. Then we went to Target for postpartum stuff I needed. I used the little motorized cart because I couldn't walk well. DH kept her in the moby wrap.

2 days after she was born. We went out like every day. In retrospect that probably wasn't the best for germs and whatnot. I'm just not the person to sit inside every day.

A few weeks to lunch. She had hypertension and was in Special Care for a week so we weren't gonna expose her to anything.

4 days old to Babies R Us. He was born in the summer, so the risk of colds/flu was low. We also kept him in his little stroller bubble.

She was about 5 days old, but it was Easter and we just went to the neighbor's house. Out, out... probably a week old.

I couldn't walk/get into the car until 2 weeks pp, so it was after that. I think we went to my mom's at 2 weeks, and to the mall at 3 weeks.

Over a month with my first. We went out to eat at an not crowded restaurant after dd two week well check and I went out with her regularly after that to drop DS and pick up at daycare, groceries.
I was so scared with my first. With my second, I had to run a household with a toddler so I had to get out.

We went to lunch when she was about a week old, but I insisted we only go somewhere not crowded where we could sit outside. She slept through the whole thing. A week or so later we went to dinner (again, sat outside) and I had to nurse her under a cover the entire time. Not so fun.
She was a summer baby so I wasn't super concerned with cold and flu.

Stopped at a restaurant on the way home from the hospital and the next day she came with me to the DMV.

Went shopping for a nursing pillow at maybe 4 or 5 days? It was a day or two after I was home frim hospital. We also went to the movie theatre at 8 days (baby friendly showing)

5 days, to the chemist and the supermarket. He was in a wrap though

3 days old. We took her out to restaurants and Starbucks a lot (just kept her in the infant car seat). She was born in the summer; if she had be born during cold & flu season I probably would've waited longer.

We went out when she was 3 days old to look at Houses with MIL. I felt great and I didn't want to stay in. I was out with her all the time as a newborn.

4 weeks old to a lookout point, with DH, I was dying to get out and that was the safest (cleanest) option.

We left the hospital the day after she was born and went out that day to get some supplies. We went out every day after that.

Like two months. lol. In my defense it was the middle of winter and the weather was crap. Would have gone out much sooner if it were nice.

I got sick with my gall bladder issues, so I didn't feel much like going anywhere until about 4 weeks. Unless you count him visiting me in the hospital.

We went out and got groceries the day she came home from the hospital with us, so two days old. And most days after.

I think at 10 days old we went to cheesecake factory and that was her first time going out to eat. Before that she mostly stayed in parking lots or in the car. Oh, and at four days we started walking in the park, I think. We lived across the street from a park.
