We have yet to have actual intercourse at 14 w pp (tried once a few weeks back unsuccessfully). LO is still sleeping in our room and hardly naps anywhere but the living room so it's not really possible for me right now.
I had to go back at 12 w for my doctor to check on my iud and she asked if we had done it yet. After I replied no because LO is still in our room she told me it definitely changes things...it's still awkward for her to think her 4 yo could walk in at any point!

Bad tear and scar tissue meant a long wait for DH. If only we had of known about grapefruiting. Ah well.... there is always time for that with #2.

12 weeks, I think? I was starting to feel very unwanted.

Actually lol'd when I saw the grapefruit option. Haaha. Maye this time around well take a sensual romp though the produce section.

9 weeks. I wanted to wait until my mirena was in. I was petrified if getting pregnant.

5.5 weeks. It wasn't awesome but it wasn't horrible.

We attempted at 8 weeks and several times thereafter. We had success at 10 or 11 months.

Around 2.5 weeks. I actually wanted to before then but we had no condoms and NO WAY.

3 months. Too tired before then
And I snarfed my drink at the grapefruit option.

8 or 9 weeks maybe? definitely longer than the 6 week pp check up. too tired and scared to try earlier.

@AprilFool: Grapefruiting...LOL!!! I can't believe so many of us have never heard of grapefruiting or any fruiting!

It was somewhere around 9-10 weeks, I can't remember exactly. I'm glad we waited because it didn't really hurt (although it wasn't exactly the best ever...) but I don't think I'd have been ready any sooner.

9 weeks with #1, 10 weeks with #2- could have been weeks sooner the second time, but I waited for Mirenia to be placed. DO NOT WANT pregnancy again for a while!

DS is over 5 months old and we still haven't DTD. I have NO sex drive and the thought of being intimate just isn't appealing yet. I feel bad for DH but between cosleeping, sleep deprivation and PPD, I just can't summon up the energy. He's been very understanding thankfully.

We tried, unsuccessfully, at 9 weeks--too painful after my third degree tear.

The first time was right around 2-2.5 weeks. We didn't do it regularly until more like 5-6 weeks though.
