Curious about this too, I'm 5.5 weeks pp and we haven't done anything but I think we'll be waiting a little longer still because i'm still a little sore.

Plus, our son won't ever be put down, he even sleeps with us because he won't sleep in his bed, so we need to figure our how we'll manage it.

It should be easier for you though since you had a c-section, right?

We waited until I was 6 weeks pp. I would just bring it up to your DH (he knows the OB cleared you, right?) I think we all had/have body issues post baby. Maybe you can wear something that makes you feel comfortable but sexy too?

@regberadaisy: & @obxwife: This morning I was like, has it really only been 2 days. Only 40 more to go. I do have an appt with my doctor in two weeks, but I think it's more to see how I'm doing emotionally; I may ask him if I really have to wait 6 wks.

As soon as possible haha! We had sex all the way through our 8th month and had sex ASAP after birth!!

@ecogirl: did you have a vaginal birth? I had to induce and didn't have any tearing since the baby was so early. I just can't believe that I might have to wait until 6 wks. Gah! I'm going to go nuts!!!

I had a vaginal birth and we had sex for the first time 3.5 weeks post partum. We got interrupted because LO woke up. We tried again yesterday at 1 month out and had too stop because we got a little too rough and it started to hurt me.
