We just transitioned at 14 months - our toddler throws kicking fits at PJ time every night, and the tantrums are cut down considerably with two piece PJs.

I can't even think about getting her in zip-up one pieces anymore.

We do both but mainly 2 piece now at 18 months. Started wearing 2 piece at 12 months. They are so much easier to get on him I find!! So wiggly.

We switched to almost all 2 pieces at 12 months. They last longer! He outgrew one pieces so fast because of length and the feet. With two pieces since it's just pants they last him longer since his feet aren't trying to bust out the bottom. And I just think they are so cute

At 3.5 - we still do both! However, J has decided he doesn't like pajamas and wears sweatpants and t-shirts to bed instead haha.

We used 2 piece ones over the summer but now that it's getting cold again we're back to footed one pieces.

Stopped one pieces around 18 months in anticipation of potty training. Now at almost three she prefers nightgowns commando..

This year I'm explaining to my 3 year old that two piece are easier for her to go potty (she's been potty-trained but wears pulls ups at night for a year.) She really wants footies like her sister (baby.)

with DD she probably transitioned around 18 months, but we still used some footed sleepers. DS has been using some 2 piece jammies the past month and he's 7 months. I find they're easier to put on/off. and if I worry about his feet being cold I put sock on him

Don't remember exactly when, but it was definitely after 1 year. My first born is a big boy for his age, and super strong, so 2 pieces just were easier!

@Foodnerd81: DD runs hot too but then her hands are always cold (and then her head would be sweating..?! That is always my only concern about 2-pc! I'd looove to put her in 2-pc as they're so much easier to get on/off now that she refuse to lay still!
