This is becoming a real point of contention between me and DH...

For reasons I don't completely understand, EVERYONE wants to know what we're naming the baby (currently 26weeks), what names we are considering, etc. While we are 95% sure we have agreed on a name for our little guy, I'm perfectly comfortable not sharing. For people close to us, I feel like it's okay for it to be a surprise...for everyone else, I feel like "we're working on it" or even "we're pretty sure we've got a name picked, but we're not sharing" are perfectly reasonable responses. Maybe part of me is superstitious, not wanting to fully commit to a name until our baby is here...and part of me (irrationally?) just feels like it's nobody's business!

DH, on the other hand, hates the "secrecy" and feels like he would be able to share more of his enthusiasm about the pregnancy if he were able to share the name.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you compromise to resolve it?

ETA: Also, am I being crazy???

And, just for fun, a poll!
