i've heard some people say they can see fists popping up or what not. i'm 34 weeks and i still don't see specific body parts. i'd LOVE to capture it on film, but doesn't look likely.

Hmm... I'm 35 weeks and I've been seeing them for a while. Maybe like 3-4 weeks? I guess it depends on what you mean by "seeing body parts" though. I only really know which body parts I'm seeing b/c I know how the baby is lying. She's head down, and usually I can feel her back and butt all crammed up along my right side. So I know that the jabs that I get on my left side are hands and feet. The higher ones are feet, and the low ones down near my pelvis are hands. When she's really active, DH can see my belly dancing around, but he can't tell which body parts are which.

@skibobrown: i see them moving, but i don't see specific parts - like hands or feet.... it just looks like a wave.

I had too much fat on my belly to see parts. Haha. Saw waves though!

I can only see waves. 28 weeks.
But, though I started out tiny, I've put on a bunch of weight, so I guess that's why I can't see him.
