@Rainbow Sprinkles: I think people in FL are just nuts. I'd leave her in her carseat with an a&a covering her when we had to go to the outpatient center for her jaundice bloodwork (we went a lot, sometimes 3x a week until she was 4wks!), and people would still crowd me/us and come and ask questions about her, sit next to me, etc. and every time I lifted the blanket to check on her a random crazy person would say "Ooh, can I see?" And proceed to hover. Everything about my expresiion and body language said Back The F Up but it didn't stop them from trying!
I guess that's why I got freaked out about bringing her out, because of all the creepers at the outpatient lab/hospital! It didn't help that it really freaked me out that all of those people were there bc they obviously had something medically wrong with them! I just wanted to get her home & stay there, and I guess that's what we've done- lol

Yesterday! She was 16 days old and I strapped her into car seat and walked over to a shopping center by home.

We did it! We were Target shoppers!!
It wasn't so bad...She woke up and got fussy toward the end but not too bad:)

Day 2 with number 1 because I felt so great and the weather was so nice. #2 was born in respiratory season so we were a little more careful, but we took her to a protest at the Capitol at 2 weeks of age
