I can tell I'll be buying clothes for a while. I still have a while to go, and my first round of clothes for late summer/early fall aren't cutting it! I'd rather be warm, though.

I actually had to buy maternity pants at 9 months pregnant because things started to cool off here and I had mostly summer stuff. I got a lot of use because I was 10 days overdue and then continued to wear them during maternity leave.

I bought stuff up until about 32 weeks, then I just tried to make do with what I had. Luckily it didn't get cold here until after LO arrived.

I definitely bought more than I should have towards the end. I had the opposite problem- I had enough for cool weather but I was due end if July and we had a hot summer, so I bought a bunch of dresses and skirts. I should have limited it a little more but oh well. I think I stopped about two months before due date.

By the end I wore the same three shirts every day, but I was already on leave.

i didn't buy maternity pants until 32 weeks the first time, and they were the last clothes I bought. I ended up wearing them for a few weeks PP anyway, so I think I got a fair amount of use out of them!

i'm 36 weeks now, and definitely wont be buying any more. i bought a pair of skinny jeans at 30 weeks, and have worn them just about every day since.

if anything, I've started looking at non-maternity shops again, planning out my PP wardrobe already

I am buying a fair bit (I'm 27 weeks) but its all stuff I can wear afterwards as well (maxi dresses, stretchy tops, etc) - one of the benefits of living in Australia is that the weather doesn't change that much so it should all still work when the baby comes in March. Also it seems like what is in style right now here is naturally maternity-friendly - maxis, harem pants, loose tops + tight pants, etc - so hopefully I'll get long term wear out of the stuff I buy, plus its all pretty cheap at most stores so I'm not breaking the bank.

I bought a couple t shirts in the last month because my other shirts had gotten too tight.

If you need it, I would buy it. You can wear it postpartum or with your next pregnancy.

I stopped buying clothes some where around 26-28 weeks. All the winter clothes I thought would work are now getting to be to small for my big twin belly. I am having to borrow some of my friends bigger clothes in the mean time because I refuse to buy more new clothes at 32+3. I have found good deals on FB consignment sales as well

I bought a swimsuit at 30 weeks. Swimsuit shopping in the 3rd trimester = a special kind of Hell.

I have about 6 weeks left and we just got a cold snap. I bought a few long sleeved basic tops (a white and black one to layer), and then I went to a consignment store for a few more.

I bought a couple dresses with 2.5 months left, but that's been it!
