I'm gonna be 27 weeks soon and I am not sure if I should buy more maternity pieces. I might stick with wearing mostly non maternity pants that fall down!

I bought pieces all the way up to the end! I bought a dress for my shower and only wore it once. Haha. I've gotta get this stuff to the consignment store...!!

I bought until the end.....the weather changed and I needed long sleeved stuff so I got some, and to be honest wore it for about a month after having her as I put waaaay too much weight on and have still to get back into my regular stuff. Hoping I will do at some point though, lol.

I think I stopped buying when there was 2-3 months left? It sucks in the final weeks when nothing fits but I can't justify buying anything that I'll wear once or twice.

I'm almost 25 weeks and I don't think I'll buy anymore stuff. I have several tops and 4 pairs of pants that should take me through to the end.

I stopped the last month and only bought one thing in the last month because I had a baby shower(I was in the wedding) so I had to dress a little nicer than what I had

My belly was out of control at the end, but I worked until about 35 weeks, so I had to keep up a decent supply of pieces that fit and covered well.
In the final month I bought 2 pr of regular xl yoga capris that stayed up ok, and 2 maternity tanks in xxl that would still cover my belly. Since I was home it was just nice to have something comfy that looked decent and covered the bump. It was like $40 for all 4 pieces and was definitely worth it.

@rachiecakes: I could use a few cute pieces!

Since I'm due in Feb - I was still buying things in November/December to get through the holidays. So for me it was probably 2 to 2 1/2 months out when I stopped buying maternity.

I stopped buying clothes at 30 weeks...I was so sick of being pregnant by that point.

I bought new leggings at 36 weeks bc I was gigantic. I wore them hard until I delivered though so no regrets here and they were cheapie old navy nonmAternity.

I'm almost 30 weeks and I'm trying not to buy anything else. It seems like a waste! I did buy some new stuff on Friday but I bought nursing tanks and a nursing sweatshirt so I can wear them after

I didn't buy much at all in the third trimester...except an amazingly comfortable pair of fuzzy boots! BUT I also live decently far north, and I'm due in February, so the majority of my maternity-clothes-needing pregnancy has been in one clothing season: cold and layers. I've also done a lot of layering, wearing non-maternity cardigans and blazers open over maternity tops, letting me buy a lot less and wear things in more different weather. I've been bored with what I have the last few weeks, but at this point (37 weeks plus), there's no justifying anything new...and baby clothes are so much more fun!

I bought most of my maternity clothes early on, but definitely by third trimester, I was NOT in the mood to buy any more maternity clothes. I started buying more regular clothes in larger sizes or just trying to maximize what I have. At this point, I'm sick of maternity panel anything.

I had to buy stuff until the end. I was so huge from retaining water, I had to buy shoes to make it the last 4 weeks. I think I went shopping one last time around 35-36 weeks. I literally fit in nothing. Swelling stinks!

I had no problem buying stuff up until the end. Most of my clothes were from Old Navy sales and I plan on having 4 kids so I knew it would all get worn again. I just tried to buy stuff that could be worn during any season (tees, tanks, cardigans, pants that could be rolled up, light blouses, etc.).

30 weeks was when I bought my last slew of clothes. My bump was getting so big that some tops weren't fitting well so I needed some longer maternity tops. Glad I did!
