Not reaching out or holdig, but just general interest?
DS likes his play mat and also his vibrating seat "friends" (the little animals on the seat - he coos at them). But he hasn't shown any interest in actual toys yet. He is 9w.

Yesterday! (10 weeks)
in just the past three days she has changed so much and now she loves toys and bright colors! She will smile and coo at every toy I hold in front of her. -
At about 9/10 weeks I noticed her paying attention to her toys. She loves staring at the toucan on her playmat. And her winkel goes everywhere with us!

Hmm... I think maybe around 10-ish weeks she started being very interested in watching toys, and she started tracking them with her eyes. Just in the last couple of weeks she has started actively reaching out to grab toys, and doing two-handed play with some of her toys. (She's 16 weeks today.)

I think around 9-10 weeks? We bought DD a play mat and she couldn't care less at first, but them slowly she started noticing them.

She started swatting at toys in her baby einstein gym somewhere between 1-2 months. I forget!
