Maybe 16 months? At 18 months she was making short sentences and not just repeating phrases she heard us say.

my LO is just 20 months and started to string words together a couple weeks ago? so maybe 19-20 months. some things were quicker - "hi mama" but now she will do, "more berries" or "more sips" or something.
she started, "daddy, [where] are you?" this week (and papa, and mama..) but not sure if that counts as a 3-word sentence lol.

Probably 20 months? Like daddy's shoes, more cheese, hi mama.

Around 16 months, he started doing 2 word combos, and around 18 months, he started doing 3 words, like "mommy go park" or "Dada beep car".

Around 18 months she started more consistently putting two or more words together

I'd say around 18 - 20 months he consistently started stringing together words.

16-17 months!
She can talk amazingly well now at 21 months. She just said "I see a wheel." And "I hear a train."

At 23 months, she still doesn't say things like daddy "do this" but she says things like sit down, all done and all gone.

Now. At 16 mo. "Read me", "shut door" ,"shhhh Mady" (our dog) ha!

23 months. She's just starting to put phrases together. It's a little odd because she never started out with a lot of single words. She took a long time to start talking and her vocab seemed really limited, but she's mimicked phrases. Just recently, she said: "Papa. Georgie, where'd he go?". It blew me away!

Idk, I think it was pretty early for the first few two word phrases, maybe 15 months? 16? We are at 20 months now and she does up to maybe 5 words? Sometimes more. Usually communicates in 2-3 words though! But even with longer strings of words she skips words like pronouns and its not all "proper."

15-16 mo. Not really subject verbs. But things like "more crackers" or "doggie woof woof" or "dada car" or "night night kitty."
The other day his grandpa sat his keys down in front of him and he said, "thank you keys papa!"

Around a year he added dada to everything, like "hi dada, no dada, nana (banana) dada, nono dada, baba (sippy) dada" but he doesn't get that dada means daddy (any person is dada). That's the only combination he'll do (he's 14m now).

At 2 years he started stringing two words together.
Now at almost 2 1/2 he's doing 3 words at times. Talking isn't his big strength, he is more physically inclined but getting better at talking. No concerns here, it's just the way he is.

A little after the two year mark? Now we're getting almost full sentences - which are still pretty much like "Momma please more moo juice".

LO is 21 months and just said her first 3 word sentence: "no touchie daddy!" when he was trying to sit her down on the change table and she didn't want to sit! I'm so proud

Probably around 17 months. He's almost 20 months now and does 3-4 word sentences frequently.

Around 15 months, she's now 20 months and she speaks in 3-6 word sentences. She's always been slightly advanced with her verbal skills.

She first started coupling words around 14-15 months. At 16 months she's still just using a few two word phrases. "More ___" "Push it" "Thank you" "Hi Dada".
grapefruit / 4066 posts
She started saying 2 word phrases "all done, "bye mama", "where'd go?" etc, around 15-16 months....now at 18.5 months she is starting to say more and more phrases and 3 word sentences.."i go side (outside)", "where'd daddy go?" "bye bye in car", "rock a bye baby" etc. One of her fav phrases lately is "why? I guess!" lol, no clue where she learned that.

LO is 20 months and he still isn't great at it. He understands things like "mama's car" but will just point at it and say "mama". He does say "all done" and "sit down", but won't say things like, "I do" or "dada do". Hoping that comes soon!
