Tonight my Lo refused to take a bath. She wanted a "showah!!!" In our master bathroom.
Our new shower is pretty nice and I think baby girl recognizes it too.. She's only 18 months old!!

Wow, that's awesome! DD is over 2 and refuses to shower; she hates the shower.

We have had our son in the shower with us since his umbilical fell off. It was much more convenient for us. This morning he woke up, walked into the bathroom, picked up his bucket of toys and walked into the shower ready to go.

I never showered until I was in grade 1!

Around 18 mos for us too. She prefers showers now.

2 weeks. We alternate. He is only 4.5 months and too young to ask for either...

@pastemoo: @brownie: I'm curious how you ladies did this! I'm always afraid of a slippery baby, but I think showering makes more sense (for cleanliness) rather than bathing since bathing to me is like sitting in your own filth, but I do think baths are fun!

@cranberryapple: well as a small baby I just laid him on a towel on the floor. He just grew up in there crawling around the floor and walking.

I've been using the shower head on her since her first bath so I think we will start showers when she can stand consistently!
