We use cloth diapers but I want to buy disposables for LO's emergency bag for my MIL.
I think we have been using size 3 diapers since last summer. She currently weighs 22 lbs.
When did your LO start wearing size 4? I think the range for size 4 Pampers starts at 22lbs and the range for size 3 goes up to 27lbs?

C is about the same size as your baby, and we cloth diaper too! She wears 4s as her overnight diaper, so I think you're safe to buy size 4s now!

M has been wearing 4's since about 4 months and Lala still wears them for overnight. 4's are the best size ever!

We transitioned at about 10 months, she was probably about 24lbs-ish.

10 months and 20ish pounds. I have a hard time believing that the size 3's really go up that high, they were getting borderline small at the time we switched to 4's.

Wow my LO is 1 year 3 weeks and he's still in size 3 which are are a little big/about the right size. He is kind of on the tall size being in the 80% and he is 23lbs right now. We have another big box of size 3 and will probably switch him to 4s after that hoping they won't be too big when he finishes the size 3 ups ^_^

My LO is almost 10 months and 20 pounds and we're switching her into 4's this week. She has been wearing 4's at night for about a month now. She has chunky monkey legs so the 3's are getting too snug on her, even though she is below the weight limit.

We are switching to size 4 right now. He's 11.5 months and weighs 23 lbs. the 3's still fit but are snug. The 4's are perfect!

We just got some 4's for overnight (still have a giant box of 3's). Our LOs are the same age & weight! @autumnlove

LO is 20 months and about 22 lbs and we still use size 3. They are a snug fit and when we DO use size 4, the 4s feel much roomier. But for now, we're still comfortably using size 3.

DD is 21 months and around 22.5 lbs, but she's been in 4's for a long while... Probably since 15ish months at around 20 lbs... She could probably still be in 3s just fine, but I feel like 4's hold more and keep her more dry. We change diapers every 3 hours or so.

We did it around 10 minths, she was around 23lbs. The rise got too short on the 3s for her.

I would go ahead and buy 4s. We are still using an old pack of 4's and she's 28-30lbs.

He is 13 months and 22.5 lbs and we are still using 3s. But based on this thread, and a couple of recent blowouts, i think we will switch to 4s for the next box!

He's almost 1 year and in 3s. The rise is too high in 4s. We do use 4 overnights, though, as the nighttime 3s leak now.

At 18months we are still in 3s but after reading some of these posts I'm thinking we should try 4s. I just thought they would be way too big for my 22 lb DS but sounds like it will be ok. Too bad I have a whole box of 3s coming from Amazon subscribe and save any day now!
