About 12 months old. At 15 months we were completely out of onsies. But we did start potty training early. So it is easier for him to potty. If we weren't early training it may be longer cause he can't get to his diapers then.

til charlie was just over 2. he wore carter's onesies as undershirts. but as far as onesies as regular shirts, he stopped around 18 months?

I haven't bought any after she turned one, and I don't tend to put her in the ones she has any more. I think they're good for before they're really standing up much, not as good after that.

At around 18 months because he wouldn't fit them anymore. I'm actually looking for 3T onesies! He likes to wear 2 piece pajamas to bed (he hates the footed sleepers) and the shirt always rides up. So I need to find a onesie that will fit an almost 3 year old! Impossible?

LO is 16 months and is still going strong. We use plain ones as undershirts but we have some cute colourful ones that she wears as part of her outfit.

I stopped liking them around 12 months because they were too cumbersome with a toddler that wanted to be on the move, and we wanted to do some early potty training. That said, we were still gifted some in 18 and 24 month sizes, so once in a while we still use them.

DD is only a couple months old but I'm sure she will wear them as undershirts until around 12-18 months.
