Both boys were born with a lot of hair and it never shed! DS1 got his first haircut at DH's barber when he was just 6 months old! I tried to wait it out as long as possible but he started scratching at his ears...
DS2 just got his first haircut a couple weeks ago at 7.5 months. I held out longer, plus his hair isn't as thick as DS1's... but still both kids on the early side

I think he was about 19 months old. My son was bald as a baby, and it took a while for him to have a good amount of hair

11 mo for DS and no haircut yet for dd (3yo). Her hair is more than halfway down her back. I know we'll have to cut it soon but I love the length!

DD was a bald baby and didn't get a cut until almost 2.5

Mine will be 2.5 soon and still hasn't had a haircut. I like it long but I know we'll have to do it soon. I'm thinking about having her first cut be at Disney World next month.

She had a ton of hair at birth and had her first cut around 7-8 months I think? She's 23 months and has had three trims!

DS1 at 8 months--and he needed it. DS2 is currently 8 months and won't need one for awhile.

My DD is 2.5 and hasn't had one. At her first birthday she was totally bald still. Now it's getting longer but it's fine and curly so still looks short. I've only just been able to do a little top ponytail recently. It might be a few years before I cut it! I love her wild hair.

DD1 got a trim at ten months and then I left it until just a few weeks ago (3 years.) It was to her bum when wet but has gorgeous waves when dry. I was afraid we'd lose the curl.
DD2 could use a hair cut but I'm not ready. She's 14 months.

DD2 is 16 months and nowhere near needing one.

He was 16.5 months. He had these long gorgeous curls but his bangs got too long and I had to barrette them all the time. And the curls in the back were uneven. I asked for a trim and they gave him a mullet!!! So we had to get the full on big boy cut. Now at 6 weeks post cut, it's grown out a bit and the curls are coming back in and I like it a lot more.

DS was 18 months, right before a wedding.
DD is 27 months and still hasn't had a cut! I want to wait until the front grows out a bit more and then we'll even it up. But her hair appears to be curly (like mine), so we'll have to figure out a flattering cut.

He had a ton of hair and it was really long - I loved the long haired look on him but it grows straight down over his eyes and he had had a cold and kept wiping his face with his hair

He was 20 months. I should have taken him a little sooner! He was bald as a baby and it seemed to take so long for his hair to come in! He absolutely hates it and loses his mind every time, I don't know if it would have been different if we started earlier.

DD was 3- we mostly got it cut to avoid whining when I brushed it. But it's growing out again now and looks healthier.

2.5 and no haircut yet. It's sooo short but starting to grow into a mullet, booo. I want to take her in to get it tidied up but my husband is adamant that it needs to grow!

First haircut at 2 years 10 months I think. It was down her back and we cut it a little above her shoulders.

LO1 is 2.5 and no cut yet. I probably won't for awhile yet because her hair is gorgeous. LO2 is 11 weeks and I'm already contemplating trimming the front because it's almost in his eyes.
