LO 3 naps the best/longest when we are out and about doing errands. Getting her to nap at home is really hard these days and she just cat naps!
I tried nap training a few weeks ago and she puked every day from crying. Ahh!

When I hold her. She's also a cat napper. Her sleep has gone downhill this past month. I'm thinking about sleep training, but I'm scared! I don't know if I can handle the crying.

At home, in a dark room with white noise! His afternoon nap is the best. He won't hardly sleep out and about, to much to see lol.

On walks, while being worn. She's not a great napper for the most part. But on walks, she almost always falls asleep. I look forward to when she needs a bit less sleep, and isn't so grouchy when she doesn't get it.

Crib as long as she is tired in the mid afternoon, otherwise she just cat naps usually. I used to be able to get a 1+hour nap while holding her, not anymore. In the car or stroller she wakes up after 20-40 minutes.

He's 15m and only naps well at home (or at grandmas in pack and play!). He takes crappy car naps.

Um, when the babysitter puts her down? Haha. She is getting a TINY bit better about weekend naps, but until 13 or so months they SUCKED. She naps like a complete champ at the sitter's, though.
ETA: I try really hard not to complain about this, though, because she's a great night sleeper. And if I have to pick, I'll take it!

At home in his crib after swimming or playing outside. Not a great car napper.

At daycare - I don't know how they get her to nap so well haha. I wish she would take better naps at home on weekends, but she sleeps great through the night so I can't complain too much!

When I'm wearing her. She'll sleep an hour while being worn vs. 20 minutes any other way.

When it's too late! lol, Somedays she passes out when I'm cooking supper, and then stays up too late.

Up until recently it was while being worn. But now, at 7.5 months, it's in his crib with black out curtains and white noise. We're transitioning to 2 naps & today we had an epic nap after swim class in the afternoon. I'm hoping it's a trend.

While out and about too. The more movement the better. He'll sleep for hours while out shopping.
