I used to hate my dishwasher, but it's my best friend now.

@chopsuey119: Lol, I find it much easier to just do it all as I use the dishes. Much less overwhelming to rinse off a couple dishes at a time and stick them in the dishwasher then a whole sink full! Plus I'd just be sitting there thinking I have to do dishes all day....

We have "time of use" electricity billing, which means rates are higher at peak times (through the day up until 7:00 p.m.), so we usually wait until before bed to run the dishwasher. Usually every three days or so.
