Depends on how long he'd been up, how long he was fighting it, whether or not he's sick or teething, lots of factors but I can never seem to predict it! Usually it's either the same or shorter, though, but occasionally longer.

Generally the same. One day she fought her nap for 90 minutes (not crying, just rolling around and talking), and then took her normal nap.

We've had nap fighting for the past week and instead of sleeping 2.5 he's sleeping 1! Plus, he's fighting bedtime and going to bed an hour later (he's just in there singing and generally complaining) and then getting up an hour earlier. I hope it's just a stage.

When he was an infant, shitty naps usually meant shitty nttime sleep. Nowadays it usually doesn't affect his sleep at nt
