J has been sleeping with a light blanket since 6 months (with doctor's permission), and thicker blanket since 12m+. He will be two in a month and he doesn't have a pillow yet. DH and I decided to hold off on that until he transitions to a bed.

LO gets a pillow now but only has a blanket when she's in our bed. She's 13 months.

DD started having a blanket at night early on.....maybe 10-11 months? I figure once she can move all around and stand up in bed I'm not worried about suffocation or anything. Plus it gets really cold in her room in winter time. She's 20 months now and we haven't given her a pillow. She still tosses around so much that I don't think she'd use it. Maybe when she moves to a toddler bed, which may be around 2 1/2 or 3 (when LO#2 would arrive)

I've given a blanket since 1.5 years old since he refused to go back in a sleep sack. The blanket is usually kicked off within an hour. He didn't show interest in a pillow until 2.5 years old when we introduced his big boy bed.
