When would you call?
E nearly STTN last night, which in and of itself is unusual (one wake-up at 6:30, I nursed for half an hour). He was a bit warm to the touch then, but our AC is still out (it's not super hot in his room, but we still put him to bed in just a diaper last night), and it also seemed like he was warmest where he had been pressing into the mattress in his sleep.
He woke up again around 9:45, nursed again, but was very lethargic and just wanted to cuddle. He was still a bit warm to the touch so I took his temperature--101.3. Not very high, and I gave him a little bit of Tylenol but combined with the lethargy I'm wondering if I should call his pedi.
He'd only been up maybe 15 minutes when he fell asleep on my shoulder so I put him back down.
I think I'm going to wait and see how he's acting/take his temp again when he wakes up, but when would you call the pedi?
