We're taking LO on our first plane ride (wish us luck!) next week. She'll be 5.5 months old. She's not sitting up on her own yet, but hold her head up well. I want to take the car seat adapter off of our City Mini GT for the trip, but DH does not. What do you all think? When should you take it off?

We transitioned out of baby seat and into convertible at 5m - and by default, into the city mini
she couldn't like, pull up and sit up like a big girl but loved reclining and watching everything from her big girl stroller! It's got the shoulder straps and can recline almost flat...I think you'll be fine without the adapter!
