It's been a while!! But when I do I like to do exactly what you do...!! TJ Maxx, Marshall's (I'd totally do Nordstrom Rack if there was one nearby!!) and groceries!!

Lo's not here yet so I'm def treasuring my alone time! I usually get 2 nights a week where DH is at work so that's when I paint my nails, watch stupid TV, eat junk food, etc. Or I'd spend like 2 hours browsing at Target

DH gets one weekday plus a morning during the week so that's his alone time.

@autumnlove: hehe our Target extended its hours too!! It's our last stop on date night usually... last time we stopped there we discovered the archer farms red velvet cupcake YUMMMMOMGSOGOODDROOL.

@raspberries: yay!! I just had gelato in the cafe yesterday after lunch

@raspberries: I was very very good and had pineapple sorbet, but today I just had a very healthy lunch so maybe I'll pop down and get the chocolate!! hehe. I work here so I have the opportunity every day to check out the Magna Carta but I have to shamefully admit that I haven't I think you have prompted me to do it today if I have a minute..! It would be a crime to not have seen it before it leaves!!

Yesterday I walked thru Shinique Smith and it was sooooo cool/weird/bizzare/awesome!

Yesterday! Dh came home early to stay with LO so I could go get my hair cut. The salon is awesome-- they have a very spa-like feel and do a paraffin wrap on my hands and a scalp massage... free cookies and refreshments... On my way home I turned the music up loud and sang along and actually went INTO the gas station to get some iced tea. These are all things I can't do with a 3 month old at home, and I enjoyed every moment!

Tonight is an overnight away! First time since December!

Before Tuesday, it has been months! Lol but I finally got a moms night out for a couple hours at a painting party. It was so fun, I have always been a painter but it is so hard to keep up with now that I have a kid. DH gets alone time pretty frequently, he just goes to the basement and works on side-projects, or has alone time listening to music while I put LO down for bed /naps. His last outing without us besides work was a week ago though

I try to go out by myself a couple times a week. I am a much more sane person if i get some me time. Usually its just errands or grocery shopping. Usually we go see friends together, or i meet up with girl friends during the day. Dh doesnt go out on his own as much, outside of work. But he gets a solo lunch hour every day, so i dont think he needs it quite as much as i do
