I think our last date without a child was actually all the way back last May! DH took me out for a nice waterfront dinner at an Italian place. We've actually been out on date nights since then but have always had our little girl with us - she was born in July.

We went to a Festivus party without the kids in December. This Saturday we're going out to dinner for a date night! Can't wait!!

Last weekend! We went out for drinks and appetizer before going to a friends to celebrate their engagement.

Last Sunday we went to an afternoon screening of Nightcrawler (DH's choice, we have turn about).

We try and go out a few times a month without DS (not necessarily a movie) We know we are extremely lucky to have both families close by who encourage us to go out so they can have DS.

We went out for dinner (also in Koreatown) with some other couples on NYE but went into the city early to just walk around our old haunts. It was a lot of fun.

I'm excited for any alone time with DH! LOL

A few weeks ago we went out for Mexican and walked around Marshalls for a bit.. Exciting stuff.

I think sometime in early December! We are trying to do one in a week or two though!

...and a date is...?

We went to a hibachi restaurant a few weekends ago while my parents babysat.

Erm, night date? I am not really sure, it's been a while.

We do day dates on a regular basis. We have a standing lunch appointment once a week, and sometimes, we'll leave work early on Friday and spend an hour together.

The end of December we went on a date day, shopping (exchanging) and to lunch! We actually returned some gifts and went thrift shopping to get more bang for our buck it was a lot of fun!

A couple days after Christmas we went out for drinks and an appetizer. We were visiting our parents over Christmas so we put the babe to bed and left the monitor with my mom

We went to a NYE party, but it didn't really feel like a "date night" since there were quite a few other people. I'm not sure when the last one on one date was, maybe his birthday in October, we went out to eat.

A week ago or so? We usually go for dinner once a week.

New Years Eve.... My parents watched LO and we stayed over night at my in laws beach house with my best friend and her husband. We cooked a fancy dinner and rang in the new year.

Before that was over thanksgiving, we rented a hotel room in Philly and went out to a nice restaurant then met up with friends for drinks. Again my parents watched LO over night.

We've had 2 this week Visiting my parents in Canada from Australia, so they have been pretty happy to watch our son whenever. We've also been out for lunch a couple of times! It's been awesome!

Last weekend. We went back to my parents' house to pick up LO. We had a chance to see a movie, so we took it. We saw "Imitation Game."

About 11 days ago! It was our first date night since we has LO back in mid October. DH's boss gave him tickets to a hockey game. While I have NO interest in hockey, It was awesome to be in a lower level box suite, eat free food, drink free wine, and the game was actually rather entertaining!
